Click download go onto cx file explorer (if you don't have cx file explorer search up a tutorial) and click on the title of the game click install and it should pop up in your unknown sources files in your oculus library 

If you have already played TarsierVr instead of deleting the old version in cx file explorer it will say update, after you click update go back to unknown sources and it should be updated
